The annual Budget Approval Meeting of the Italian group took place and the new structure of Board of Directors was introduced for the next three-year period 2019 – 2021.
Mr. Gio Batta Chiappori to the Presidency, an historical Member who led the Consortium in the two previous mandates.
Mr. Carlo Pancani (Pancani Srl, Pistoia) as Vice-President, who had already held the role of Director in the previous mandate. Continuity also for Orazio Napolitano (Napolitano Sas, Sperone AV) and new the members: Mr. Sabino Di Sisto (Sime Point Srl, Mirabella Eclano AV) and Mr. Davide Renzetti (IFEL, Arezzo).
The Chairman wanted to thank both the shareholders who have decided to reconfirm him with confidence and affection the important role that the members of the outgoing Council: Mr. Francesco Burresi (Electra Commerciale spa, Poggibonsi SI) , Mr. Luigi Toma (Neontoma Spa, Maglie LC) and Mr. Alessandro Ruvidotti (Novalux Srl,Bolzano). 
The group feels grateful for the experience and successes achieved in recent years.
The President ended the meeting wishing the new Board the best and successful period.
